Greenwin is beyond proud of our dedicated Resident Manager at 80 Cosburn Ave., Rose S., for being named Resident Manager of the Year at the 2021 FRPO MAC Awards! This award is given to someone who has demonstrated excellence and superior professionalism in on-site building management.
Rose has been in the rental housing industry for over a decade, beginning her career in August 2009. She has worked as a Resident Manager at 80 Cosburn Avenue (owned by Hanard Investments Ltd. and managed by Greenwin) for 10 of the 20 years that she has lived in Canada.
Rose puts her heart and soul into her job, always going above and beyond the scope of her role. She treats the building as if it was her own, and genuinely cares about the well-being and comfort of every tenant.
